This Annapurna Base Camp Trek Map 12N 13D or ABC Trek Map is for the trekkers just to have a map glimpse of the ABC trekking route, checkpoints, days and time, places to spend the nights during the trekking period, starting and ending places, etc. according to the itinerary. This map is not for the actual scaling or for the trekking purpose. This map is designed to assist as a reference for the trekking program and to get the general idea of the trekking.

Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour. Permit and Trek Preparation Day.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara (1400m): Drive 6-7 hours.
Day 04: Pokhara to Nayapul (2070m): Drive 2 hours. Nayapul to Ghandruk (1940m): Trek 4 hours.
Day 05: Ghandruk to Chhomrong (2170m): Trek 5 hours.
Day 06: Chhomrong to Dovan (2540m): Trek 4-5 hours, 8km.
Day 07: Dovan to Machhapuchhre Base Camp-MBC (3700m): Trek 5-6 hours, 8.5 km
Day 08: Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) to Annapurna Base Camp-ABC (4130m): Trek 2-3 hours, 3 km
Day 09: Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) to Bamboo (2310m): Trek 6 hours, 12.7 km
Day 10: Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1760m): Trek 5 hours, 8.5 km
Day 11: Jhinu Danda to Nayapul (2070m): Trek 6 hours. Nayapul to Pokhara (1400m): Drive 1:30m, 13.5 km
Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu: Drive 6-7 hours
Day 13: Farewell Departure.
